About the role

Our business is continuing to grow and getting busier, and our services are expanding, so we have created a new team of four people, we are looking for a team member who has a solid background of providing customer service, preferably in a Contact Centre environment to proactively contact patients and make appointments for our clinics across New Zealand.

This Tauranga based team will support administration teams from across the country to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. The role can be demanding and requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong commitment to quality, great communication and the ability to articulate medical information.  You will be using multiple screens for medical information, geographical locations and branch appointment timetables.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), and you will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am and 9pm.  Our Contact Centre works on a rotating roster and occasionally you might be offered the opportunity for weekend work.

In this role your workday will consist of:
  • Scheduling appointments for a range of examinations for patients
  • Provide clear information regarding appointments, preparation instructions and pricing
  
You will be able to ideally possess and demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Warm and engaging international skills showing understanding and empathy
  • Rock-solid customer service experience preferably within a Contact Centre environment
  • An ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Advanced computer skills to jump across systems and screens
